No Refunds/Exchanges! All Sales Are Final.

Please be sure to read the item description as all items come just as described and pictured. However, customers can still request for an exchange at our discretion. If an order cancellation is necessary, a request must be approved before any order can be cancelled. 

 

- Any merchandise marked "Sale" are final sale, no exceptions!

- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

- Approved exchanges for store credit will incur a 15-20% restocking fee. 

- Shipping fees are not refundable.

 Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

- The GemMaria Shop diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

Price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
